Shell Morgan Landing

May 13th & 14th, 2015

“Hi! I am calling to see if you have transient dockage for the night?”

“Sure thing. Turn of the ICW when you see the red builiding and pull right on up to Mrs.Bernice.”

Seems a little vague, but you can do a lot with a pair of bonoculars. We always keep ours close by. Have you ever seen a flock of Rosette Spoonbills through a pair of bonoculars? Or a massive trail of vibrant Lantana following along the waters edge. Beautiful.

The two gentelmen operating the bustle of Shell Morgan Docks were simply pleasent. Everyday at 6:00 the taller of the two left the office and headed for the spiket near the dock to rinse out his coffee pot for the following day. Michael and I turned towards eachother, both thinking the same. “Well he said, I guess that means its good enought to drink. Lets grab the jerry jugs.” And so we did.
